Reserve your puppy, it's easy

  1. Submit your information below. 

  2. Pay a 500.00 downpayment.

  3. Fill in the "Puppy Application and Matching Form."  

  4. The remaining balance is due at the time of "puppy selection" at six weeks.

  5. Before picking up your puppy, sign the Sales Agreement and Limited Health Warranty.

  6. The remaining balance will be due on week 6.
